Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is the skilled application of pressure to reflexes on the feet. A safe and non-invasive therapy.
It promotes deep relaxation and can be an effective way to alleviate stress, release blockages and free up the flow of vital energy.
The reflexes (or specific points) on the feet correspond to organs and systems in the body. Pressure is applied to the reflexes which affects the organs and benefits our health. Through the feet the whole body receives an effective treatment.
A Reflexology treatment can:

- Encourage flexibility by working on the muscles and joints through the feet
- Stimulate the central nervous system
- Improve blood circulation with all of its valuable nutrients, oxygen and hormones

Reflexology Lymph Drainage
An award-winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet.
The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body through applying pressure to specific points on the feet.
It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay, whilst she was working in cancer care.
A full session of RLD includes the lymphatic reflexes for the breasts, arms, legs and points on the upper and lower lymphatics.
This treatment has shown benefit to people with Lymphoedema, reducing swelling and discomfort.
It has also shown to help with autoimmune conditions including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, MS and type 1 diabetes.

Reflexology for Menopause
Physiological, physical and emotional shifts happen for a woman in this phase of life. If we focus on what we can control in our lives this leads to a healthier and happier life. Especially if we choose what we put into and onto our body, how we use our body and what we put into our mind.
We use this knowledge to empower the rest of our lives because we still have another third to a half of our life yet to enjoy.
This 90 minute treatment encompasses reflexology on the face, hands and feet. It is a longer session which enables the mind and body to deeply relax into a healing space.
We will chat about your current phase - be it perimenopause, menopause or post menopause.
The Reflexology will balance the zones from the head to the toes - working on the endocrine system which releases hormones, the central nervous system to promote relaxation and clarity of mind, the cardiovascular system which regulates our heart, the urinary system and the reproductive system.
We will chat about diet, exercise and supplements too.

Facial Reflexology

Facial Reflexology has many benefits from working not just the reflexes on the face, but also stimulating muscle and anatomical structures which when compressed can impact the body.
We have seen in many case studies great improvement in conditions such as migraine, sinus and hay fever symptoms, bruxism, bells palsy and whilst the focus is on the health and wellbeing aspects the added bonus is that the skin texture and appearance of frown lines and wrinkles can reduce or disappear entirely.
The Elixir Oil used on the face will leave your skin feeling smooth, plumped and radiant.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a therapeutic treatment that focuses on the head, neck, shoulders and face.
It can help to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.
This massage can be given the traditional way seated on a chair, or it can be given supine.
It is a great tension releaser in the upper back, neck and shoulders. It includes lots of scalp work which stimulates the oil follicles and naturally conditions the hair.
It is also great for headaches and migraines as it includes work on specific points in the face.

It is a safe, gentle, non intrusive hands-on healing technique to treat physical ailments without using pressure, manipulation or massage. It is a holistic system for healing, balancing and harmonising all aspects of a person, mind, body, emotions and spirit. It can also be used to encourage personal and spiritual awareness and growth.
It is done on the massage table, fully clothed.
