Hi, I am Rachael Adari a qualified, experienced Reflexologist, Indian Head Massage therapist and Zone Face Lift therapist.
I have been practising Reflexology in its many forms for over 20 years, and have developed my own intuitive style so sessions may vary depending on your particular needs and preferences.
I first qualified with ITEC in London in 1997 and have since gained further qualifications in Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD with Sally Kay) and Facial Reflexology (Bergman Method).
I am also qualified in Indian Head Massage (champissage) which has been practised in India for over a thousand years. It is another therapy that I love to give as my clients experience an immediate effect.
I originally studied and qualified in this modality with Narendra Mehta. He was the first person to offer and teach this massage in England. Narendra was blind from birth, he had a highly developed sense of touch and was an excellent teacher.
I recently trained with Ziggie Bergman to give Indian Head Massage in the supine position (an alternative to being seated for this massage).
I also trained with Ziggie in Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift - a facial like no other or a 'spiritual facelift' as it is known, without Botox or fillers.
As of February 2025 I now offer Reiki treatments after studying Reiki 1 and 2 with Sophia Russell, Reiki Master and Teacher.
I have worked in clinics in London, the Middle East and Lewes.
I have also worked at Elderflower Fields Festival and Byline Festival.
